Fighting Back Against Parkinson's
Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson's disease hope by providing a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum to fight back against the symptoms of Parkinson's.
Boxers at all stages of the disease can benefit from the intense, empowering workouts that improve overall fitness, strength, balance, and daily activities — giving participants a community and a reason to keep fighting.
